Sri Lanka Safe provides informational content and may present travel advice, eSIM offers, travel insurance offers, air ticket refund affiliate offers, VPN offers, room bookings, car bookings, train bookings, tuk-tuk related offers, and hotel booking links. We do not directly provide, manage, fulfill, insure, transport, ticket, refund, or operate those third-party services.

By downloading, installing, or using Sri Lanka Safe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Price estimates are based on GPS routing and local fare data. Actual prices may vary due to traffic, route changes, or driver discretion.

We do not act as the merchant, insurer, travel operator, carrier, booking agent, refund processor, network provider, hotel operator, transport provider, or service provider for those third-party offers unless we expressly say so in writing. Any contract, booking, quote, policy, refund, payment, cancellation, service performance, or dispute relating to those services is solely between you and the relevant third-party provider.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, quality, safety, refund outcome, coverage scope, delivery, suitability, or results of any third-party product or service. Your use of third-party websites and services is at your own risk and subject to the third party's own terms, privacy policy, and other legal documents.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for our services, if any.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by using the delete account feature or contacting us.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
